Matt grew up and has spent the majority of his life in Northwest Iowa. He attended college at Saint John’s University in Minnesota, then worked in Texas before coming back to Iowa. He has a strong background in agriculture from his time working on the farm, managing locations in the co-op system, and most recently, managing an equipment dealership. He has practical experience in a variety of settings, which gives him the flexibility to look “outside the box” when it comes to solving problems.

Growing up on a grain and livestock farm in North Dakota, Todd has always connected deeply to agriculture. He pursued a degree at North Dakota State University (NDSU) in Fargo, embracing the spirited motto: “Go Bison!” With a rich agricultural background, Todd has extensive experience in production, agronomy, and equipment. His lifelong dedication to the agricultural industry is evident in the expertise and commitment he brings to every project. Outside of his professional life, Todd enjoys the great outdoors. He can often be found hunting, fishing, or on the golf course, sometimes searching for that elusive white ball in the trees, the rough, or even on a fairway two holes away.

Brian joined Demco in 2001 with a background of farming, trucking, and retail sales experience. Joined together these make Brian the total package for his position. A personality that is very approachable and adaptable to every situation makes for a team member who is known for his communication abilities. A broad back ground with a solid practical understanding of the industry brings an objective view to the table for helping to guide us into the future.

Ryan Andresen

Ryan has always been passionate about agriculture. After graduating with an Agronomy degree from Iowa State University, he gained hands-on experience first working in the seed corn and soybean industry and then retail ag equipment sales. Today, Ryan is excited to be part of the Demco team. When he’s not at work, you’ll likely find him on his family farm in Eastern Iowa, enjoying time outdoors with his wife and kids.

Seth Nordmeyer

Raised in Nebraska, Seth earned a degree in Agronomy from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Agriculture has long been a passion, inspired by a family deeply involved in the industry. Through a variety of experiences, Seth has continued to build knowledge and skills within the field and is excited to be part of the Demco team.
