As our Sales Manager for RV Products, Doug manages our sales team across North America. With his years of experience Doug is ready, willing, and able to work with all of our customers and sales team members to sell and represent Demco RV Products.

High energy is the best way to describe Josh. His previous experiences bring both mechanical and technical knowledge to the team. Josh is not afraid to dig into the issues and get them taken care of in a timely and professional manner. You can be assured that if there’s an answer, Josh will find it.
Brad joined Demco in 1988 and is known as the “ voice of Demco” Brad had a prior career in Radio broadcasting. This experience has given him the duty of recording our on hold messaging system along with the responsibilities of narrating any of the Demco promotional videos as they are developed. From these duties Brad is often found on the road traveling from coast to coast with the Demco RV sales & service trailer, attending many retail or wholesale trade shows.
Jeremy came to Demco in 2017 as part of our acquisition of SMI Braking systems where he served as a technical trainer and sales team member. Prior to taking over the Eastern territory as our Sales Territory Manager, Jeremey served as the Demco National Technical trainer from 2017 to early 2022. Jeremy has the technical expertise and the customer focused attitude that serves his territory very well. Jeremy is a proud veteran of the US Air Force and is home based with his wife and family in Tennessee.
Jeff joined Demco in July 2017 with over 25 years in the truck accessory industry where he worked in manufacturing, marketing and sales. That experience makes Jeff a valuable asset to his customers with his complete understanding of how product gets to market successfully. A native Iowan, Jeff covers the south central area in his role as territory manager.
Mike joins the team with over 20 years of towing retail management experience. With his broad range of expertise in the towing industry, Mike will bring a truly consultative relationship to his customers. Mike can assist his customers with an unmatched expertise in Trailer Components. Mike can be found meeting with customers in the states of Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, and Kentucky. Mike and his family live outside of Cleveland, OH, and he is a lifelong native of Ohio.
Coming from a background of RV Towing dealership experience as a technician and parts department manager, Easton brings knowledge and passion to this position as a Demco Sales Territory Manager. Easton may be doing a technical training one day and then helping customers sell our product the next. Easton manages our sales for the Western part of the US, delivering experience and knowledge to his customer base.
Joining Demco in the fall of 2017, Adam has many years in the RV Towing and Trailer business. You can catch him on the road in the South-Central part of the United States, helping our Trailer Components customers. Adam brings a wealth of knowledge in product experience.
Craig joined the Demco team in February 2019 after years in the truck accessory and towing business. Craig’s passion is working with his customers and building relationships that will benefit his wholesale customers and the end user. He lives on the banks of Lake Erie and, along with his wife, loves to travel and camp in their motorhome. Craig covers from Florida up to Maine calling on and assisting Demco customers.
